The Livingston Advisory Committee for Disabilities (LACD) is excited to welcome Santa for a free event designed for individuals with special needs and their families.<\/p>

All guests will receive a present. Free refreshments will be served. There will also be balloon artists in attendance for guests of all ages.<\/p>
